How is space assigned?
Booth space is assigned on a first-order, first-assigned basis. SZFLP reserves the right to explain and adjust the related things.
What are the terms of payment?
50% of the booking fee within one week on return of contract firstly andthe rest should be paid before September 7th, 2008. If you have to cancel your booking for any reason, the paid deposit money will not be
returned.
When will I receive the Exhibitor Manual?
You will be sent an E-mail informing you of access the Exhibitor Manual online.
When will I receive my exhibitors' badges?
You will receive your badges at the registration counter on the exhibitors registration day.
